What factors do you consider when designing a solution?
We need to consider a range of issues before arriving at a solutions to your needs.
These include:
- the characteristics of the airborne contaminants generated by your applications
- the volume of particles generated
- disposal requirements
- plant layout, space requirements and restrictions
- need for recirculation of heated or cooled air
- airflow requirements
- level of air filtration needed
- safety requirements
- static pressure and conveying velocity of ducted systems
How much airflow will I require?
This depends on how many pick up points there are, size of the hoods and other factors, every job is unique.
What size collector will I need?
There are many factors which influence this such as; air flow, product type, temperature, space and council regulation.
How much power will be used?
This will depend on the airflow, ducting and design elements. Inskip Dust and Fume have energy saving in mind with all designs.
How do the filters get cleaned?
There are a few different ways such as, mechanical cleaning like shakersystems, Reverse pulse (cleaned by compressed air), regeneration fans which is cleaned by the fan blowing air down the bag with a fan (this only works on a positive system) and manual cleaning.
Can Inskip Dust and Fume work within my budgetary constraints?
Yes. Inskip Dust and Fume can design a solution to fit your budgetary requirements.
